President and CEO

After transforming the retail industry while working at Rona, Métro and Couche-Tard, Alain is taking on a new challenge as CEO of Winter Farm and is in charge of the leading the executive team. 

Yves Daoust

Founder and CTO

An experienced entrepreneur, Yves has worked in agriculture, telecommunications and information technology. He founded Winter Farm in 2018 and manages the operations and technology team. 


Chairman of the board

François Plamondon has more than 30 years of experience in strategic management, finance and corporate governance. He supports the management team and contributes to Winter Farm’s growth.
